The first week on safari we headed north to Samburu we then worked our way South again stopping at Outspan and staying at Treetops.

The next stop was Tsavo West and finally Amboseli.

We stopped at the equator on the way and watch the demonstration of water draining and turning in opposite directions as it does so.

Finally we arrived in Mombasa and took up residence in a hotel on the beach. We spent this second week relaxing following the travels of the first week. This is when we made friends with Robert and Jenny Wall who we have kept in touch with ever since.
